What an Amazing Year!

In 2019, our membership has surpassed 1,000! That’s an amazing milestone for us. Our mission as an organization is to expand and deepen our impact into Dallas – Fort Worth business professionals, like you, who are looking for a new career, new educational opportunities, and perhaps guidance on how to get that next promotion. Thank you for believing in us, referring that friend or coworker, and delivering great results in your careers and community that help spread the goodwill of the NBMBAA legacy.

In 2019, we also added several new strategic partners to our chapter who have been amazing assets in helping our membership fulfill their career missions. These corporations and collegiate partners are committed to diversity and inclusion, and are excited to prove to you, our membership, on why they are the best places to work in Dallas – Fort Worth. We’re excited to bring more of their corporate spotlights to you in 2020.

We continue to have a premier high-school mentorship program that truly builds our Leaders of Tomorrow across college readiness, financial literacy, and personal development. Over the course of 8 months, we engage, enlighten, and inspire the growth of over 50 amazing students who are primed to give our generations a run for our money when they join the work force in a few years. Watch out!

We consistently deliver great results in our community, which captures the attention of our National Headquarters and sister chapters across the country. We are elated to bring home awards this year for both our membership growth and career pillar programming – a firm testament of our impact locally.

As we wrap up 2019 and our 30th Anniversary, we are energized about deepening our engagement so that we can elevate our impact for another 30+ years. I would like to formally introduce you to our new 2020-2021 Executive Board and Committee Chairs who will help us live out this mission.
